Технические возможности позволяют использовать их как для лечения хронической ишемической болезни сердца, так и в хирургии острых инфарктов миокарда.Становление кардиохирургического и эндоваскулярного направлений прошло два основных этапа. Первый заключался в разработке и совершенствовании самой методики, второй – в создании стандартов и рекомендаций, регламентирующих лечение ишемической болезни сердца, основываясь на опыте и накопленных результатах. На современномэтапе еще большей стандартизации подвергаются отдельные технические аспекты, которые касаются как отбора и подготовки к хирургическому лечению, так и отдельных этапов реваскуляризаций.В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященный становлению хирургии хронической ишемической болезни сердца и острых инфарктов миокарда в историческом аспекте. Выделены ключевые события, сыгравшие важную роль для развития мировой и отечественной коронарной хирургии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, two methods of coronary revascularization are used in coronary surgery – percutaneous coronary interventions and coronary bypass grafting. Technical capabilities allow using them both for the treatment of chronic coronary heart disease and in surgery for acute myocardial infarction.The development of cardiosurgical and endovascular areas has gone through two main stages. The first was to develop and improve the methodology itself and the second was to create standards and recommendations governing the treatment of coronary heart disease based on experience and accumulated results.
