Основное внимание уделяется методам исследования кровообращения в легких, с указанием их достоинств, недостатков, показаниям и противопоказаниям к выполнению исследований, вариантам обработки результатов и их интерпретации. Также рассматриваются возможности дифференциальной диагностики заболеваний легких на примере гистиоцитоза Х и лимфангиолейомиматоза. В статье не рассматриваются вопросы ПЭТ-КТ диагностики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the stages of development of radiological research methods from the discovery of radioactive elements to modern methods of radionuclide diagnostics. The main attention is paid to methods of studying blood circulation in the lungs, with indication of their advantages, disadvantages, indications and contraindications for research, options for processing the results and their interpretation. The possibilities of differential diagnostics of lung diseases, for example, histiocytosis X and lymphangioleiomimatosis are also discussed.
