В статье представлен клинический случай с динамическим наблюдением пациентки с образованием тела грудины. Выполнение компьютерной томографии позволило оценить структурные изменения кости, топографические взаимоотношения с органами средостения, сосудами передней грудной стенки, отсутствие ответа на лучевую терапию в динамике. На основании полученных данных был выставлен предварительный диагноз, который в дальнейшем получил гистологическое подтверждение. В настоящий момент пациентка готовится к оперативному лечению.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An osteochondroma of the sternum is of clinical interest due to the rarity of its localization. This article presents a clinical case with dynamic observation of a patient with a sternal body mass. Computed tomography allowed evaluating the structural changes of the bone, topographic relationships with mediastinal organs, vessels of the anterior chest wall, and lack of response to radiation therapy in dynamics. Based on the obtained data, a preliminary diagnosis was made, which was further histologically confirmed.
