Показано, что как системные заболевания (гипертоническая болезнь), так и локальные (хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких и бронхиальная астма) вызывают специфические изменения параметров периферической кожной микрогемодинамики. Продемонстрировано, что эти заболевания на фоне физиологического старения организма могут приводить к разнонаправленному изменению параметров микроциркуляции кожи по отношению к таковым у здоровых испытуемых, что может быть обусловлено как локальной активацией компенсаторных механизмов с их последующим влиянием на микроциркуляторную систему кожи, так и адекватно подобранной терапией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review is devoted to the problems related to changes of the oscillation processes in the skin microvascular bed in human, which result from physiological aging. It is shown that both systemic (arterial hypertension) and local (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma) microcirculation disorders are reflected on cutaneous peripheral microhemodynamics. It is demonstrated that these diseases against the background of physiological aging of organism can lead to multidirectional changes of skin microcirculation parameters as compared with healthy subjects.
