Материал и методы. С помощью метода лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии (ЛДФ) исследованы локальные гемодинамические параметры в месте псориатического поражения ткани и невовлеченной кожи. Результаты. В зоне псориатической бляшки наблюдается увеличение средней перфузии, миогенных и сердечных колебаний, а также нутритивного кровотока по сравнению с участком невовлеченной кожи. Выводы. Использование спектрального анализа сигнала ЛДФ имеет большие возможности для оценки вклада каждого звена микрососудистого русла при изучении патогенеза псориаза и оценки эффективности проводимой терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this work is to diagnose microcirculatory disorders in the tissues of psoriatic plaques in patients with psoriasis. Material and methods. Using the method of laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF), local hemodynamic parameters were studied in the place of psoriatic lesion of tissue and in uninvolved skin. Results. In the psoriatic plaque, there is an increase in average perfusion, myogenic and cardiac fluctuations, as well as nutritive blood flow as compared to the area of intact skin. Conclusions.
