Выявлена прямо пропорциональная взаимосвязь тепловизионной картины и способа коррекции микроциркуляции дистальных отделов верхних конечностей. Установлено, что при визуализации контура пальцев на уровне дистальных фаланг возможно как консервативное, так и оперативное лечение – верхняя грудная симпатэктомия или дистальная периартериальная и грудная симпатэктомия в сочетании с ампутацией пальцев. С учетом полученных данных нами подтверждено, что использование термографического исследования с компьютерной обработкой данных в диагностике патологического процесса верхних конечностей является методикой выбора принципа лечения (консервативного или оперативного).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Using the thermography method, we studied the state of the upper limbs of 43 patients with Raynaud’s disease, 37 of which were operated as a result of dynamic observation in the process of conservative treatment. A directly proportional relationship between the thermal imaging pattern and the treatment method of microcirculatory disorder in the distal sections of the upper limbs has been revealed. It is established that visualization of the contour of fingers at the level of distal phalanges may result in both conservative and surgical treatment – upper thoracic sympathectomy or distal periarterial and thoracic sympathectomy in combination with finger amputation.
