<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review is focused on the problem of the hemodynamics in patients with total anomalous pulmonary venous connection. The article describes a structural features of the pulmonary venous return depending on the anatomical type, pulmonary and systemic hemodynamics, origin and effect of the pulmonary venous return obstruction on the hemodynamics.
