Проведено популяционное кроссекционное исследование работников промышленного предприятия. В исследование включены 213 человек, из них 106 человек с гипертонической болезнью I-II стадии и 107 практически здоровых лиц. Оценка стадии, степени артериальной гипертензии, категорий дополнительного сердечно-сосудистого риска, а также поведенческих и биологических факторов риска проводилась в соответствии с национальными рекомендациями. Все пациенты прошли ультразвуковое исследование сонных артерий с одновременной оценкой артериальной жесткости. По мере прогрессирования артериальной гипертензии отмечается тенденция к повышению параметров сосудистой жесткости. Показатели сосудистой жесткости ассоциированы не только с возрастом, уровнем периферического АД, но также с антропометрическими параметрами и уровнем аполипопротеинов А, индексом Апо В/Апо А1. В качестве потенциальных предикторов артериальной жесткости могут служить возраст, абдоминальное ожирение, нарушение обмена аполипопротеинов, длительный стаж артериальной гипертензии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose. To study the parameters of local stiffness of arterial wall in correlation with cardiovascular risk factors in hypertensive patients. Material and methods. We carried out cross-sectional population study of workers of an industrial enterprise. The study included 213 individuals, among which 106 had arterial hypertension stage I-II and 107 were healthy. We made the assessment of the stage and grade of hypertension, additional categories of cardiovascular risk, as well as that of behavioral and biological risk factors in accordance with national guidelines. All the patients underwent ultrasound examination of the carotid arteries with simultaneous evaluation of arterial stiffness. Results. With the progression of hypertension there is a trend to increased vascular stiffness. Indicators of vascular stiffness were associated not only with age and level of blood pressure, but also with the anthropometric parameters and the level of apolipoprotein A and ratio Apo B/Apo A. Conclusion.
