В работе использовали плазму крови от 38 больных с тромбозами с уровнем D-димеров &gt; 500 мкг/л и в качестве контроля - 30 здоровых лиц, сопоставимых по полу и возрасту. Процессы СРО в плазме крови оценивали по изменению уровня ТБК-реактивных продуктов и системы антиоксидантной защиты, контролируемой по суммарной супероксиддисмутазной (СОД) активности и концентрации SH-групп. Лактат в плазме крови определяли спектрофотометрическим методом в нашей модификации. Повышение концентрации D-димера, характерное для эндотелиальной дисфункции, коррелировало со снижением СОД в плазме крови. АВСФ сопровождалась лактоацидемией, по-видимому, вследствие митохондриальной дисфункции, вызванной окислительным стрессом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We studied thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), superoxide dismutase activity (SOD) and SH-group level in plasma of 38 patients with activation of intravascular coagulation and fibrinolysis (AIVCF). The D-dimer level in plasma was &gt; 500 mkg/l. It was found the elevated concentration TBARS and decrease SOD activity and SH-group level in plasma of patients with lactoacidemia.
