В результате сжижения, сочетающегося с изменениями во внеклеточном матриксе витреоретинального интерфейса, происходит отслоение ЗГМ стекловидного тела от внутренней пограничной пластинки сетчатки. Усиленное сжижение стекловидного тела без адекватного ослабления витреоретинальной адгезии приводит к аномальной отслойке задней гиалоидной мембраны (ЗГМ). Фармакологический витреолизис является новым, многообещающим направлением в витреоретинальной хирургии и, в конечном счете, может являться профилактикой осложнений, связанных с перенесенной окклюзией вен сетчатки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Posterior vitreous detachment is the consequence of changes in the vitreous gel macromolecular structure. As a result of liquefaction, going together with alterations in the extracellular matrix at the vitreoretinal interface, the posterior vitreous cortex detaches from the retinal internal limiting membrane.
