В настоящем обзоре проанализированы результаты применения различных методов оценки АРМК у здоровых добровольцев и нейрохирургических больных, основанные на многоканальной регистрации спонтанных колебаний показателей системной и церебральной гемодинамики с использованием современных программно-аппаратных комплексов для проведения кросс-спектрального, корреляционного анализа и др.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>An assessment of cerebral autoregulation (CA) is one of the important part of cerebral hemodynamics evaluation in normal and pathologic states.
