Всем больным была проведена многократная ТКУЗДГ для выявления количественных характеристик изменяющегося мозгового кровотока, а для визуализации морфологических изменений были проведены компьютерная (КТ), магнитно-резонансная (МРТ) томография и ангиографическое (АГ) исследование. Проведенные исследования мозгового кровотока у больных с тяжелой черепно-мозговой травмой выявили характерную картину последовательно сменяющих друг друга процессов снижения-гипоперфузии, последующего увеличения скорости кровотока-гиперемии и развития церебрального артериального вазоспазма.
