Окклюзия ЛКА осуществлялась у контрольных и трансгенных мышей (ТГМ) с гиперэкспрессией P2X4-рецепторов человека (P2X4R ТГМ) в миокарде. Уже на 7-й день после перевязки ЛКА у P2X4R ТГМ наблюдалось достоверно более высокое по сравнению с диким типом значение фракции укорочения (ФУ), скорости сокращения левого желудочка и пульсового давления в левом желудочке (ЛЖ), что свидетельствует о лучшей сократительной способности миокарда трансгенных мышей в постинфарктном периоде. Более высокая по сравнению с контролем сократительная функция миокарда ЛЖ P2X4R ТГМ сохранялась на протяжении двух месяцев наблюдения и сопровождалась повышенной выживаемостью P2X4R ТГМ; при этом различий в размере рубцовой зоны ЛЖ между P2X4R ТГМ и контролем выявлено не было. Таким образом, миокардиальная гиперэкспрессия P2X4R сопровождается более высокой сократительной активностью миокарда ЛЖ и повышением выживаемости ТГМ в постинфарктном периоде.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>постинфарктная сердечная недостаточность</kwd><kwd>пуринергические рецепторы</kwd><kwd>выживаемость</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Bridgman, P.
