Эксперименты выполнялись на крысах линии Вистар массой 220-260 г. Животных подвергали воздействию умеренной гипоксии прерывистым режимом (10% О2 в течение 90 мин) трехкратно в течение трех дней, после чего вызывали ишемию головного мозга (ОСМА) продолжительностью 30 мин. В качестве фармакологического фактора нами был использован L-теанин (гамма-глутамилэтиламид). L-теанин растворялся в физиологическом растворе в концентрации 6,1 uМ (1 мг/мл) и вводился внутрибрюшинно в объеме 0,25 мл за 30 мин до ишемии в дозе 1 мг/кг. Кроме того, исследовалась группа животных, которым применялось сочетание гипоксии и введение L-теанина. И применение гипоксического прекондиционирования, и введение L-теанина уменьшало размер зоны повреждения головного мозга крыс.
