Обследовано 98 беременных в I и III триместрах, из которых 64 больных ХАГ и 34 здоровых. Оценка скоростных показателей кровотока в сосудах кожи и эндотелийзависимой вазодилятации (ЭЗВД) выполнена с помощью ультразвуковой допплерографии с частотой излучения 25 МГц. I/D-полиморфизм гена ACE типировали методом анализа полиморфизма длин амплификационных фрагментов. Активность АПФ в плазме крови определяли иммуноферментным методом. Установлено, что скоростные характеристики и показатели ЭЗВД увеличиваются по мере прогрессирования гестации в обеих группах беременных. Нарушение функции эндотелия у больных ХАГ проявляется снижением показателей ЭЗВД, прогрессирующим к III триместру. Наибольшая активность АПФ отмечается у носителей генотипа DD-полиморфизма I/D-гена АСЕ, среди которых у больных ХАГ проявления эндотелиальной дисфункции наиболее выражены.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>артериальная гипертония</kwd><kwd>эндотелиальная дисфункция</kwd><kwd>генетический полиморфизм</kwd><kwd>ангиотензинпревращающий фермент</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Блощинская, И.
