Целью лечения было: снижение внутриглазного давления, регресс новообразованных сосудов в переднем и заднем отрезках глаза, купирование болевого синдрома. Дооперационное внутриглазное давление (46 мм рт. ст.) снизилось до 17 мм рт. ст. через 1 месяц после операции. Новообразованные сосуды переднего и заднего отрезка глаза подверглись регрессу в течение первой недели после инъекции бевацизумаба. Боль была полностью купирована через сутки после операции. Таким образом, комбинация интравитреального введения бевацизумаба и ДЛТКЦ при лечении посттромботической неоваскулярной глаукомы обеспечивает быстрый регресс новообразованных сосудов в переднем и заднем отрезках глаза и может приводить к симптоматическому улучшению и контролю ВГД.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>тромбоз вен сетчатки</kwd><kwd>неоваскулярная глаукома</kwd><kwd>бевацизумаб</kwd><kwd>транссклеральная лазерная циклокоагуляция</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Качанов, А.
