Периферический кровоток (ПК) исследовался с помощью акселерометрической фотоплетизмографии (аппарат APG-100, Япония). И параметры АЭ. Агрегационные характеристики крови исследовались на эритроагрегометре путём регистрации интенсивности обратного светорассеяния от Куэттовского потока крови толщиной 1 мм [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit3">3</xref>]. Определялись: время образования линейных агрегатов Т [c], общая скорость образования агрегатов Kt [у. е.], прочность самых крупных агрегатов I (2,5)[%], общая гидродинамическая прочность агрегатов в [с-1] до и после сеанса плазмафереза или введения декстрана (35000-45000 мм) у 20 больных с ПА. Статистический анализ проводился с помощью корреляции Пирсона. Получены данные о наличии достоверных корреляций между ПК и всеми параметрами АЭ: Т1 (r = -0,65; p = 0,002), Kt (r = 0,67; p = 0,001), I(2,5) (r = 0,74; p &lt; 0,001) и в (r = 0,77; p &lt; 0,001).
