Подробно изложена информация об источниках, механизмах и регуляции его образования. Особый акцент сделан на роли фибронектина в гемостазе и репарации, а также его участии в развитии осложнений после чрескожного коронарного вмешательства у больных ишемической болезнью сердца. Приведены современные данные об использовании фибронектина в качестве одного из компонентов лекарственного покрытия интракоронарных стентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article focuses on one of the most interesting, popular in the body and at the same time a little-studied glycoproteins - fibronectin. The conceptual information about the sources, mechanisms and regulation of its formation. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of fibronectin in haemostasis and repair, as well as its participation in the development of complications after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease.
