Сегодня нет единого взгляда на диапазон нормальных значений измеряемых параметров, также неоднозначен выбор параметров для характеристики церебрального кровотока. Нами проведен анализ литературных источников с нормативной базой абсолютных значений показателей скорости и рассчитываемых коэффициентов у здоровых лиц. Сформированы общие нормы ультразвуковых параметров основных интра- и экстракраниальных сосудов для различных возрастных категорий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ultrasound dopplerography occupies a leading place among the diagnostic methods that can be used in the dynamic assessment of cerebral blood flow in patients with ischemic stroke. Today there is no common view on a range of normal values of measured parameters, as well ambiguous choice of parameters for the characterization of cerebral blood flow. We performed the analysis of literary sources with the regulatory framework of the absolute values of rates and calculated coefficients in healthy persons.
