До нагрузки величины депонируемой крови в нижних регионах тела, а также степень снижения УОК в ответ на тилт-теста у спортсменов не отличались от показателей в контроле. После стандартной аэробной нагрузки (40 мин, ЧСС=156±7 уд./мин) степень снижения УОК при тилт-тесте у спортсменов в целом стала повышенной, указывая на развитие ортостатической неустойчивости, однако величины накопления крови в нижних конечностях или абдоминальном регионе тела не отличались от контрольных значений. Таким образом, повышенная склонность к ортостатической неустойчивости у спортсменов на фоне утомления не связана с повышенным депонированием крови в нижних регионах тела.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the study we investigated blood pooling in all peripheral regions of the body, as well as stroke volume during a tilt-test using impedance method in endurance-trained athletes before and two hours after aerobic exercise session. Before exercise the deposition of blood in the lower regions of the body and cardiac stroke volume (CSV) in response to the tilt-test in athletes do not differ from the control. After standard aerobic exercise (40 min, HR=156±7 b/m) the degree of a CSV reduction during tilt-test in athletes has increased, indicating the development of orthostatic intolerance, but the magnitude of accumulation of blood in the legs or abdominal region of the body does not differ from the control values.
