Целью работы являлось изучение роли микрочастиц плазмы крови в развитии гиперкоагуляционных изменений. Для оценки гемостатического потенциала плазмы крови использовали общепринятые методы исследования системы гемостаза, а также модификации теста генерации тромбина, позволяющие оценивать роль микрочастиц в развитии коагуляционного процесса. Показано, что у данных пациентов стандартные коагуляционные тесты не являются достаточно информативными для выявления гиперкоагуляционных изменений. У пациентов с облитерирующим атеросклерозом сосудов нижних конечностей выявлено повышение уровня генерации тромбина, обусловленное влиянием тканевого фактора, локализованного на микрочастицах. Установлено также, что микрочастицы этих больных обладают и антикоагулянтным потенциалом, что способствует ограничению генерации тромбина и поддержанию гемостатического баланса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study included 29 patients with atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities. In the current research the hypercoagulation syndrome that occurs in such patients was investigated. The purpose of the study was to estimate enhance of prothrombogenic potential caused by microparticles. The common blood coagulation tests and thrombin generation caused by microparticles had been analyzed. It has found that the common used blood tests are not always sufficient for detection of hypercoagulation in patients with atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities. Microparticles enhance thrombin generation and increase prothrombogenic potential of these patients due to tissue factor expressed on their surfaces.
