Сердечно-сосудистая патология занимает основное место в заболеваемости и летальности больных с хронической болезнью почек 5-й стадии. Роль артериовенозного доступа для гемодиализа в развитии сердечной недостаточности у данной категории больных до сих пор остается до конца не изученной. В нашем исследовании продемонстрированы изменения сердца на основе анализа ЭХО-кардиографических показателей при дисфункции артериовенозного доступа (в виде значимого увеличения объемного сброса кровотока) у больных на гемодиализе, а также у больных с трансплантированной почкой. Реконструкция/ликвидация артериовенозного доступа приводит к регрессу симптомов сердечной недостаточности и обратной динамике ультразвуковых параметров сердца у больных обеих групп.

Cardiovascular pathology takes the main place in incidence and a lethality of patients with a chronic illness of kidneys of the 5th stage. The role of arteriovenozny access for a hemodialysis in development of warm insufficiency in this category of patients still remains until the end of not studied. In our research heart changes on the basis of the analysis of Echocardiographic indicators are shown at dysfunction of arteriovenozny access (in the form of significant increase in volume dumping of a blood-groove) at patients on a hemodialysis, and also at patients with the transplanted kidney. Reconstruction/elimination of arteriovenozny access leads to regress of symptoms of warm insufficiency and the return dynamics of ultrasonic parameters of heart at sick both groups.
