Изложен собственный опыт применения высокочастотной ультразвуковой системы при оценке состояния микроциркуляции после операции геморройэктомии. Выделены три степени расстройств микроциркуляции, соответствующие результатам лечения. Доказано преимущество ультразвукового скальпеля.
This article describes the experience of the high-frequency ultrasound system using in the assessment of the microcirculation after surgery hemorroidektomy. The three levels of microcirculation disorders were identified, correspondingto the results of treatment. The advantage of ultrasonic scalpel was proved.
