Были обследованы 97 больных с ПИКС до операции, 50 - после. Всем было выполнено МРТ для оценки функции (кино-МРТ), а также МРТ с отсроченным контрастированием. Всего проанализировано 1649 сегментов ЛЖ до операции и 850 сегментов после АКШ. Улучшение сократительной функции ЛЖ было отмечено в 62,5 % сегментов с накоплением КП менее 50 % от толщины сегмента и лишь в 6,2 % сегментов, где накопление КП превышало 50 %.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study was to assess effectiveness of MRI and contrast-enhanced MRI in studies patients with chronic myocardial infarction. 97 pts with CMI were studied with contrast-enhanced cardiac MRI before and 50 - after surgery. All pts were examined with cine-MRI (for function analysis) and contrast late enhancement MRI. A total of 1649 segments were analysed before and 850 after operation.
