Резкое ухудшение состояния больных хронической обструктивной болезнью легких тяжелого течения чаще всего вызвано инфекционными факторами, однако и нарушения кровообращения в этой группе пациентов могут играть существенную роль в развитии угрожающих жизни состояний, и их своевременная диагностика имеет важное значение в прогнозе течения заболевания и качества жизни пациента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Radiologic diagnosis of exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of unclear etiology is still an issue in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
