С помощью цветового допплеровского картирования (ЦДК) и импульсной допплерографии изучены особенности кровотока в глазной артерии, центральной артерии сетчатки и задних коротких цилиарных артериях на 40 глазах с первичной регматогенной отслойкой сетчатки (РОС) в зависимости от стадии исходной пролиферативной витреоретинопатии (ПВР) и характера течения послеоперационного периода. Обнаружены особенности изменения показателей гемодинамики на разных стадиях ПВР (А, В, С1, С2). Выявлены признаки нарушения кровотока у пациентов с послеоперационным прогрессированием локальной и диффузной ПВР. Выделены факторы риска ПВР после операции. ЦДК информативно для прогнозирования течения послеоперационного периода в хирургии РОС.

Color Doppler Imaging (CDI) was used to measure the circulatory parameters in the ophthalmic arteries, central retinal and posterior ciliary of 40 eyes with primary regmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD), depending on the initial stages of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and the postoperative course. The circulatory parameters are different at stages of PVR A, B, C1, C2. Postoperative local and diffuse progression of PVR has distinctive features of the circulatory parameters. Risk factors of postoperative PVR are identified. CDI is informative for the prediction of postoperative course in surgery of the RRD.
