К полученными пульсовым кривым был применен гармонический анализ и вычислены обобщенные передаточные функции и передаточные функции для нитропруссида и адреналина, которые связывали давление в сонных и бедренных артериях до и после введения данных препаратов. Статистический анализ показал, что величины артериального давления, измеренного напрямую и рассчитанные с применением обеих передаточных функций не имеют достоверных отличий. Пульсовые кривые давления в сонных артериях, зарегистрированные напрямую и восстановленные с использованием передаточных функций показали высокую корреляцию. Данные результаты указывают на перспективность применяемой методики для оценки значений системного артериального давления при моделировании переходных процессов гемодинамики, вызванных введением растворов адреналина и нитропруссида натрия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Arterial pressure was measured and recorded in 16 male Vistar-Kyoto rats in acute experiments directly and simultaneously in carotid and femoral arteries before, during and after intravenous injections of adrenaline and sodium nitroprusside. Following the computer Fourier analysis of pressure curves, transfer functions were created between the pressure curves in carotid and femoral arteries for the action of both implied pharmacological agents.
