Роль тромбина в развитии осложнений после интракоронарного стентирования

Аннотация

Целью обзора является формирование представления специалистов различных научных и практических направлений в медицине о многоплановой роли тромбина в развитии осложнений после чрескожного коронарного вмешательства - рестеноза и тромбоза внутри стента. Проведен анализ результатов исследований за период с 1990 по 2014 гг., посвященных изучению основных механизмов действия тромбина после ангиопластики со стентированием коронарных артерий, особенностей лабораторной оценки образования тромбина и новых антитромботических препаратов, блокирующих его активность. Представлены данные о публикациях, материалы которых приводятся в статье, что позволит в случае необходимости воспользоваться первоисточником для получения более полной информации. Изложены не только фактические данные, но и видение данной проблемы авторами. Приведенная информация может быть использована в процессе обучения, а также формирования новых научных направлений и практических рекомендаций для врачей.
