Особенности легочного кровотока и системной гемодинамики у пациентов с тотальным аномальным дренажем легочных вен

Аннотация
Настоящий обзор посвящен вопросам гемодинамики при тотальном аномальном дренаже легочных вен. Отражены особенности строения легочного венозного возврата, легочной и системной гемодинамики при различных типах порока, механизмы формирования обструкции. Показаны основные диагностические проблемы и задачи, в том числе на пренатальном уровне. Обсуждены принципы, результаты и нерешенные вопросы хирургического лечения порока, требующие дальнейшего изучения.
