Современные методы оценки ауторегуляции мозгового кровотока.

Аннотация

Изучение ауторегуляции мозгового кровотока (АРМК) является важным составным компонентом оценки состояния системы церебральной гемодинамики в норме и при патологии. В настоящем обзоре проанализированы результаты применения различных методов оценки АРМК у здоровых добровольцев и нейрохирургических больных, основанные на многоканальной регистрации спонтанных колебаний показателей системной и церебральной гемодинамики с использованием современных программно-аппаратных комплексов для проведения кросс-спектрального, корреляционного анализа и др.
