Биоимпедансный анализ депонирования крови в периферических регионах во время тилт-теста у спортсменов

Аннотация

Изучены величины депонирования крови во всех периферических регионах тела, а также ударный объем крови во время тилт-теста с помощью импедансного метода у спортсменов, тренированных на выносливость, до и в течение двух часов после физической нагрузки. До нагрузки величины депонируемой крови в нижних регионах тела, а также степень снижения УОК в ответ на тилт-теста у спортсменов не отличались от показателей в контроле. После стандартной аэробной нагрузки (40 мин, ЧСС=156±7 уд./мин) степень снижения УОК при тилт-тесте у спортсменов в целом стала повышенной, указывая на развитие ортостатической неустойчивости, однако величины накопления крови в нижних конечностях или абдоминальном регионе тела не отличались от контрольных значений. Таким образом, повышенная склонность к ортостатической неустойчивости у спортсменов на фоне утомления не связана с повышенным депонированием крови в нижних регионах тела.
