Abstract

The analysis of literature data on variant angina (Prinzmetal angina) is given in this article. Pressing of coronary artery by part of muscle tissue during the systole; spasm of coronary artery; increase of vascular resistance in major coronary artery because of blood cells aggregation is discussed. Data about morphological change in structure of epicardial arteries upon atherosclerosis, resulting in spasm of coronary vessels in variant angina is described.

Abstract

To study the state of coagulation, platelets and fibrinolytic activity in women with chronic hypertension in different trimesters of pregnancy. 120 pregnant women were observed: group 1 (n = 80) - with chronic hypertension, group 2 (n = 40) - without hypertension. The set of haemostatic tests was carried out in 10-12, 22-24 and 32-34 weeks of pregnancy. Prothrombotic changes were often identified in pregnant women with hypertension. The most meaningful deviations were revealed in ADP- and collagen-induced platelets aggregation in I trimester; fibrin monomer complex, D-dimer, fibrinogen, plasminogen levels and fibrinolytic activity in all trimesters of pregnancy to compare with women without hypertension.

Abstract

This article demonstrates the results of the study of microcirculatory disorders and functional status of nerves (defined by clinical data, indicators Electroneuromyographic studies) with compression-ischemic neuropathies ulnar nerve in the elbow. It was established that the severity of microcirculatory disorders did not differ significantly in patients with neurapraxia and axonal nerve damage. At the same time, the rate of change of microcirculation in all patients with neuropathies sufficiently expressed, which may lead to the need to appropriate correction.

Abstract

Research of blood stream structure in microvessels an eyeball conjunctive is executed. Presence of red blood cells conglomerates and plasmatic sites in venous microvessels with a diameter less than 30 microns, and the heterogeneity in an arterial department is revealed. At increase in plasma of high-molecular fibers concentration the heterogeneity of a blood stream is expressed more brightly in comparison with norm. Revealed in some vessels a stream lamination is consequence of interaction between erythrocytes.

This article present results of the trials in the Health center. Screening inspections in the Health centers help to reveal the persons with prehypertension. The persons with prehypertension are the patients with high normal arterial pressure and with first time revealed arterial hypertension. The trials shown that patients with high normal arterial pressure and first time revealed arterial hypertension need from correction risk factors, to change a way of life and additional inspection to revealed of target organs damage for the decision of a question on expediency of appointment antihypertensive therapies.

Abstract

The article proposes a way to quantify the amount of arteriovenous shunting of blood by lung perfusion scintigraphy in patients with congenital malformations (arteriovenous fistula, Osler-Rendu-Weber pulmonary disease, hepato-pulmonary syndrome) and in patients with other diseases of the lungs, accompanied by severe hypoxemia. In the experimental study (simulation of COPD and pulmonary embolism in rats) we founded out that the arteriovenous shunting of blood in the lungs is an important mechanism of the regulation of organal and systemic hemodynamics.

Abstract

While studying the blood flow in the small pelvis organs in girls teenagers with menstrual function disturbance by oligomenorrhea type it was established that intrauterine blood flow was adequate, however, cyclic increase of blood flow in secretory phase characterstic of regular menstrual cycle, didn't occur. Ovary vascularization in clinic hypoestrogyny and hyperandrogyny being decreased and monotonous during menstrual cycle, it may testify to progesterone deficiency condition. Physiologicaly correct menstrual cycle provides adequate blood flow with cyclic increase of uterine and ovary vascularization during lutein phase. Adequate angiogenesis is essential for normal ovary function. Hypervascularization of small pelvis organs may become the cause of reproductive disturbance.

Abstract

The system endothelial dysfunction is the universal pathogenetic link of atherosclerosis and chronic kidney disease. The hemodynamic disturbances concerned with changed of vegetative regulation the tonus of arterioles may promote the development of endothelial dysfunction at chronic kidney disease (CKD). The aim of our study was to investigate the features of reflective vasomotor reactions of skin vessels during the distant cold influence at patients with CKD I and II studies. It was investigated 34 healthy men (mean age 39.0±1.9 years) and 167 patients with CKD (mean age 41.6±1.9 years). The glomerular filtration rate was calculated at MDRD formula. Cold probe was lead all of the patients. Qas at the time of cold stimulus decreased at 35.3 % at CKD I st., at 42.3 % at CKD II st. and 19.3 % at healthy men. The decreased of Qas at patients with CKD I and II st. remained at 3 minutes after ending the probe, but at healthy men it normalized immediately after the probe. Concentration of endotelin-1 in blood plasma has made 0.239±0,055 fmol/ml, at CKD I stages 0.335±0,068 fmol/l, p <0.05, CKD II stages to 0.424±0.040 fmol/l, p<0.01, distinctions between groups are authentic, p<0.01. Interrelations between level of endotelin-1 and speed of a glomerular filtration rate (Rs=0.249, p<0.05), and also a daily proteinuria (Rs=0.379, p<0.003) and Qas % during time cold probe (Rs =-0.391, p<0.003), and also time of restoration of background value Qas (Rs =-0.327, p<0.003) have been revealed. Authors consider, that dysfunction of vegetative nervous system at early stage of CKD is realized by synthesis activation endotelin-1 in reply to strengthening of sympathetic influences. Our results testify to hypersympaticotonia at early stage of CKD.

Abstract

The effects of noradrenaline and melatonin on the isometric contraction of the juvenile rat tail artery segment to electrical field stimulation of perivascular nerves were studied and compared. Both hormones in concentration of 0.1 uM were shown to potentiate similarly the contractile response decreased in the course of experiments and this potentiation was proportional to the extent of the preceding decrease in the response. The noradrenaline- and melatonin-evoked potentiation was much more pronounced after the substantial decrease in the neurogenic contraction under acidic conditions and was not changed by the NO synthase inhibition. The results suggest the existence of the mechanism by which different hormones in specific concentration can maintain the neurogenic signal efficiency to constrict the blood vessels.

Abstract

Moderate fever reaction induced by CFA is associated with the decrease of lymphangion's components activity in the lymphatic mesenteric vessels of intestine. This in turn induces decrease of the speed flow in lymphatic thoracic duct. Perftoran stimulates the contractive activity of myocytes in the lymphatic wall and flap valves, increases pumping function and capacity of lymphatic system and improves the outflow of lymphatic fluid from thoracic duct and therefore the resorption and transport of metabolism products from interstitial space.

Abstract

In study communication of alveolar-capillary permeability with intensity of radiation in a microwave-range, registered with a surface of a thorax at rats is investigated at experimental adrenalinic a hypostasis easy. It is shown, that intensity of radiation of fabrics of a thorax in the microwave-range is proportional to expressiveness of a hypostasis easy (r=0.98).
It is received the regression equation of communication of intensity of radiation and a degree of an experimental hypostasis easy, determined on pulmonary index (to a ratio of weight easy to weight of a body of an animal). The formula of a radiometric estimation of a condition of alveolar-capillary permeability is offered.

Abstract

This article considers the comparative assessment of the degree of endothelial dysfunction (ED) under various experimental pathology: experimental diabetes, experimentally-induced failure of sex hormones and immobilization-pain stress. Degree of ED was assessed by Doppler Change endoteliumdependent vasodilation (EDVD) in the modification of NO synthesis. The most pronounced ED is observed in experimental diabetes mellitus (DM), slightly less - in experimental deficiency of sex hormones (ENPG). Immobilization-pain stress detected distinct reduction EDVD, but less pronounced than in ESD and ENPG.
