Abstract
The health professionals registered 20,000-25,000 new cases of stroke each year at St. Petersburg. Network of regional vascular centers for the treatment of patients with stroke was opened in 2011 in St. Petersburg and developing now. A total of 331 beds are ready to receive patients with acute cerebrovascular pathology continuously - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, for the complete service of the 7.5 millions citizens we need about 900 beds. And so we are now preparing for the opening additional neurological departments for stroke patients, where also will be applied modern principles of management patients with this pathology. Increasing of numbers of neurological departments will require monitoring and optimization of delivery schemes stroke patients from different parts of city - the creation of a new routes logistics for ambulances and emergency assistance services.

Abstract
This article focuses on one of the most interesting, popular in the body and at the same time a little-studied glycoproteins - fibronectin. The conceptual information about the sources, mechanisms and regulation of its formation. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of fibronectin in haemostasis and repair, as well as its participation in the development of complications after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease. Modern data on the use of fibronectin as a component of the drug coating intracoronary stents.

Abstract
30 children in age from 8 to 18 years old (average 11.03±0.41) with varying degrees of myopia were examined before and after complex non-surgical treatment. The complex treatment included Taufon magnetophoresis, low-energy laser stimulation of ciliary body with the MACDEL 09 device and treatment with using Visotrinic ophthalmic muscle trainer and relaxing device. Blood flow parameters in the ophthalmic artery (OA), central retinal artery (CRA), posterior ciliary arteries (PCAs) and central retinal vein (CRV) were examined by Duplex Scanning (Color Doppler Imaging (CDI) and Pulsed Wave). After complex treatment peak systolic velocity (Vsyst) in the OA and in the CRA and end diastolic velocity (Vdiast) in the CRA and in the CRV was significantly increase. Index resistance (RI) in PCA was significantly decreased. Our study showed the improvement of parameters of ocular hemodynamic in patients with myopia after complex non-surgical treatment.

Abstract
Examined 92 patients with hemodynamically significant stenosis of the internal carotid artery. All the patients underwent reconstructive surgery on the arteries of the neck, after which the dynamics were assessed level of autoantibodies to the NR2A-subunit of the NMDA-receptor. Used immunoassay method for semiquantitative determination of the level of antibodies to NR2A-subunit NMDA-receptors of glutamate. It is established that in the group of patients with low potential of structural and functional compensation of cerebral blood flow alteration NMDA-glutamate receptors prevailed. Deterioration of cerebral blood flow for the period after clamping the internal carotid artery during surgery is a factor objectively weighting degree of hypoxia in the affected vascular pool and amplifying the degree of alteration NMDA-glutamate receptors.

Abstract
Ultrasound dopplerography occupies a leading place among the diagnostic methods that can be used in the dynamic assessment of cerebral blood flow in patients with ischemic stroke. Today there is no common view on a range of normal values of measured parameters, as well ambiguous choice of parameters for the characterization of cerebral blood flow. We performed the analysis of literary sources with the regulatory framework of the absolute values of rates and calculated coefficients in healthy persons. Formed a common regulations ultrasonic parameters of the main intra- and extracranial vessels for different age categories.

Abstract
The article is devoted to assessment of blood supply and metabolism of myocardium by single photon emissive computed tomography in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting at late follow up. Data show complex dynamics of perfusion and metabolic changes in zones of myocardium with previously consistent and nonconsistent changes of blood supply and metabolism.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to estimate possibilities of multidetector CT angiography in identification of the reasons of acute methenteric ischemia. Mesenteric ischemia was diagnosed in 28 patients, 22 of them were of the occlusive type (15 arterial embolism, 2 arterial thrombosis, 6 venous thrombosis) and 5 from the nonocclusive type. All positive CTA finds were confirmed by surgery or by clinical follow-up. Multidetector CT angiography is fast and accurate investigation in identification of the reasons of acute methenteric ischemia.

Abstract
139 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities, complicated by chronic venous insufficiency C2-C4 (according to the CEAP classification), were examined. During phlebectomy the fragments of the great saphenous vein in the area of saphenofemoral fistula and in the region of the medial malleolus with subsequent histological study of biopsy material and evaluation of contractile activity of the venous walls in the physiological device Ugo Basile (Italy) were collected. It was found that all fragments of the great saphenous vein, regardless of the stage of CVI, possessed the spontaneous contractile activity (basal tone and phase reduction). However, the strength of the elastic strain and the amplitude of the phasic contractions were dependent on the integrity of the smooth muscle component of the venous wall and the severity of flebosclerosis.

Abstract
In the study we investigated blood pooling in all peripheral regions of the body, as well as stroke volume during a tilt-test using impedance method in endurance-trained athletes before and two hours after aerobic exercise session. Before exercise the deposition of blood in the lower regions of the body and cardiac stroke volume (CSV) in response to the tilt-test in athletes do not differ from the control. After standard aerobic exercise (40 min, HR=156±7 b/m) the degree of a CSV reduction during tilt-test in athletes has increased, indicating the development of orthostatic intolerance, but the magnitude of accumulation of blood in the legs or abdominal region of the body does not differ from the control values. Thus, the increased predisposition to orthostatic instability in athletes during fatigue is not associated with an increased deposition of blood in the lower regions of the body.

Abstract
Endothelial hyperpolarizing factor (EDHF) currently remains the most poorly studied endothelial vasodilator. Evaluation of activity of EDHF can be done through other vazodilators «dual block» of the synthesis of nitric oxide and prostacyclin nitro-L-arginine and inhibitors of COX or, in contrast with, the block of the synthesis EDHF introduction tetraethylammonii chloride (TEA). Traditionally vasoactive substances blockers are injected intraarterially or intravenously producing systemic effect. We conducted a study in 30 healthy volunteers using ionophoretic administration of nitro-L-arginine inhibitor of COX (diclophenac) and TEA combined with ionophoresis of acetylcholine. The data obtained allow to conclude that both methods (block EDHF and block of NO-synthase activity plus COX) allow to evaluate the contribution of EDHF in endothelium-dependent vasodilation. Results obtained by applying these methods complement each other. Conclusion. Ionophoresis of blockers of vasoactive substances with the following measurement of dynamics of blood flow in the skin can be used to assess the contribution of EDHF in endothelium-dependent vasodilation.

Abstract
This study included 29 patients with atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities. In the current research the hypercoagulation syndrome that occurs in such patients was investigated. The purpose of the study was to estimate enhance of prothrombogenic potential caused by microparticles. The common blood coagulation tests and thrombin generation caused by microparticles had been analyzed. It has found that the common used blood tests are not always sufficient for detection of hypercoagulation in patients with atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities. Microparticles enhance thrombin generation and increase prothrombogenic potential of these patients due to tissue factor expressed on their surfaces. Microparticles of patients with atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities have anticoagulant activity which may limit thrombin generation.

Abstract
The problem of cardiovascular complications of the diabetes mellitus (DM) draws close attention within the last decades. Patients with type 2 diabetes have 2-4 times greater risk for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Due to high prevalence of diabetes mellitus type 2, prevention of cardiovascular events in these patients is relevant. The goal of this study was to examine direct cardioprotective effect of antidiabetic drug metformin on ischemia-reperfusion injury in animal models and in patients. Two routs of metformin administration in acute ischemic injury were compared: continuous systemic before the ischemia and single local in the period of reperfusion. The cardioprotective phenotype appeared in local intracoronary administration to healthy animals. Clinical non-randomized observational study didn't reveal significant cardioprotective effect of metformin therapy before acute ischemic myocardial injury.

Abstract
The authors examined the influence of continuous radiation with electromagnetic waves of terahertz range at frequencies of molecular spectrum of atmospheric oxygen emission and uptake 129.0±0.75 GHz on linear speed of blood flow in great vessels of white rats experiencing acute immobilization stress. The article reveals that terahertz frequency influence at the above-mentioned frequencies can restore indices of hemodynamics in great vessels of animals under experiment, the said indices being changed as a result of acute immobilization stress.
