Abstract
The difficulty of predicting the development course of acute pancreatitis, the onset of suppurative necrosis as a complication, determines the need to improve and unify the diagnostics and treatment algorithm for various forms of the disease. Both routine methods of research and the traditional turbidimetric method were used in our investigation of thrombocyte functional properties, as well as a newly developed technique based on the assessment of the platelet aggregation average size, using the on-line mode. To study the platelet aggregation, various inducers were used, such as ADP (5 μL - 0,1 mg/L), collagen (5 μL - 2 mg/mL), and ristocetin (5 μL - 15 mg/mL), as well as lectins (10 μL - 32 ng/mL). In order to simplify the interpretation of the research data, we resorted to the method of principal components analysis designed to analyze multidimensional data. The results of the principal components assessment for the set of analyzed attributes allowed us to isolate and identify two factors accounting for 93.7 % variance of the eigenvalues. This analysis demonstrated a strong correlation between the factors of platelet coagulation and the set of metabolic and intoxication processes. The examination of the thrombocyte clotting function in the acute pancreatitis patients allowed us to develop a technique for prognosis and diagnostics of the intensity level of pancreonecrosis, which would allow, with a high probability, to determine the outcome of the disease. This technique is distinguished for its maximum level of sensitivity, specificity at the earliest hours of the onset of acute pancreatitis, and also for its simplicity and no need of high cost equipment and reagents. Above all that, it can be implemented at any clinic providing emergency medical care.

Abstract
Cardiovascular pathology takes the main place in incidence and a lethality of patients with a chronic illness of kidneys of the 5th stage. The role of arteriovenozny access for a hemodialysis in development of warm insufficiency in this category of patients still remains until the end of not studied. In our research heart changes on the basis of the analysis of Echocardiographic indicators are shown at dysfunction of arteriovenozny access (in the form of significant increase in volume dumping of a blood-groove) at patients on a hemodialysis, and also at patients with the transplanted kidney. Reconstruction/elimination of arteriovenozny access leads to regress of symptoms of warm insufficiency and the return dynamics of ultrasonic parameters of heart at sick both groups.

Abstract
We have analyzed the fitches of surgical technique for performance of the intracranial part of all described in the literature types of high-speed extra-intracranial microanastomoses with M2- and Ml-segments of the MCA, C2, C6a areas of the ICA on 30 cadavers heads. We used a fragment of the large subcutaneous vein of the thigh as the shunt. After analyzing the microanatomy fitches of intracranial vessels of the ICA-region and the main troubles of microanastomoses performance, we revealed the most safest places for anastomose creation and the fasters manner of there suturing. So, the lowest time of temporary occlusion of recipient artery was necessary during performance of end to side anastomose with M2 segment of the MCA, end-to-end anastomose with C2-segment of the ICA, and end-to-side anastomose with the horizontal part of the petrouse segment of the ICA.

Abstract
Possibilities of the restoration of photoplethysmography signal through the finger tips temperature measurements have been investigated. Blood flow oscillations, characterized by photoplethysmogram, are considered as a source of temperature waves of different frequencies, simultaneously propagates in a biotissue and are the main reason of the skin temperature oscillations. Research subjects were 10 man of 20-35 years without any case of cardiovascular diseases. By means of wavelet analysis for each subject individual spectral components of the photoplethysmogram and oscillations in skin temperature were investigated. As a result the frequency characteristic of delay and attenuation of the spectral components of the temperature signal in relation of the photoplethysmogram components in the endothelial (0.005-0.02 Hz) and neurogenic (0.02-0.05 Hz) ranges have been plotted. Use of the approximation of the frequency dependencies allows us to get photoplethysmogram by means of time shift and attenuation compensation of spectral components of the temperature oscillations. Established interrelation of the temperature signal with the photoplethysmogram in the finger tip area can serve as a basis for the application of thermometry as a method of monitoring of slow oscillations of peripheral blood flow.

Abstract
We investigated the peripheral microcirculation blood flow (MBF) by laser doppler flowmetry in 35 with coronary heart disease CHD). Objective: to study the state of the peripheral MBF in patients with CHD before surgery, intraoperative and immediate postoperative period. In patients with CHD showed a reduction in reserve capacity of peripheral MBF. During myocardial revascularization with extracorporeal circulation (EC) was a decrease in the peripheral microcirculation and blood flow variability. In the immediate postoperative period is a decrease of reactivity of the microcirculation in the form of lower values of capillary blood flow reserve compared with the preoperative level, with the reserves of the MBF after surgery depend on the degree of reduction in blood flow during EC.

Abstract
In our work the dynamics of brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression and neuroprotective effects of «Semax» were investigated for the focal ischemia and focal ischemia with carotid artery reperfusion. BDNF mRNA expression dynamics is complex: BDNF reduced in the injured hemisphere at 3 and 7 hours after ischemia and increased expression of BDNF in the intact hemisphere after 3 hours, compared with the results of one hour after the occlusion. Using «Semax» in an acute ischemic stage and focal ischemia, complicated with carotid artery reperfusion, causes involution of the necrosis size. «Semax» increases the production of BDNF in ischemia in the cerebral cortex of damaged and intact hemispheres. The observed effects of «Semax» may be one of the possible neuroprotective stages of this drug.

Abstract
Results of this investigation show that IL-1β (Betaleukin) has a direct inhibitory effect on the contractile function of the bovine lymph nodes. Relaxation responses of smooth muscle of capsule of lymph nodes on the action IL-1β at a concentration of 2.5x10-15 M to 2.5x10-10 M were dose-dependent manner and were manifested in the form of lower amplitude and phase frequency of contractile activity of smooth muscle and decrease of the tone. The inhibitory effects of IL-1β were significantly decrease after previous adding of aspirin, whereas the use of an inhibitor of nitric NO L-NAME is not prevented the relaxation responses initiated by the action of IL-1β. The obtained data suggest that the direct inhibitory effect of IL-1β on the contractile activity of smooth muscle capsule of lymph nodes is realized mainly by a prostaglandin-dependent pathway.

Abstract
Β-endorphin has an inhibitory effect on contractile activity of lymphatic vessels. The inhibitory effect of β-endorphin is associated with an increase in the permeability of voltage- and ATP-sensitive K+-channels. Influence of β-endorphin on lymph vessels is realized, except activation of opioid receptors, at the expense of others, probably, an endothelium - dependent mechanisms.

Abstract
It has been established that dark blue (λ=473 nm) and green (λ=532.8 nm) spectrum areas laser irradiation mainly cause pial vessels constrictions more strongly expressed on dark blue. Along with it influence of laser radiation of dark blue and green ranges leads to dilations of part of pial arterial vessels, not connected with the endothelial NO action.

Abstract
The effect of dipyridamole and light-emitting diode irradiation on platelet aggregation in the rat blood was investigated. The irradiation was performed with light-emitting diode «AFS-Solaris» (630 nm). Photoreactivity of platelets manifesting as the changes in their aggregation, depended on the parameters of irradiation. Increased platelet aggregation was found 5 min after blood irradiation (0.2 J) while after irradiation at higher dose (1.17 J) the marked inhibitory effect was found. The effect of dipyridamole on the effect of light-emitting diode irradiation depended on the drug concentration. Pre-incubation of blood with dipyridamole (1.4x10-5 M) prevented the effect of irradiation (1.17 J). The extent of aggregation inhibition after separate and combined application of dipyridamole (1.4x10-5 M) and irradiation (1.17 J) did not differ. Anti-platelet effect was enhanced after irradiation (1.17 J) after incubation with dipyridamole (1.4x10-6 M).
